I felt this book had some strong points and some weaknesses. The plot was interesting and for the most part held my interest. The main character was well developed but that was easy as this was basically a one man story. Basic abused child turned psychopath plot. I felt the writer, while trying to get you into the head of Gary , over did it and made the story drag a bit and become boring at some points. Overall the story was good, not great. Worth the read just from the psychopath perspective.Product details

Headache eBook Stefan Gherman Reviews
The book is brilliant, has a fast pace, multiple layers - you simply cannot leave it until you finish it. This book should be a moovie!
I loved this book from beginning to end. Yes, it was horrible, the things this guy did but that's what makes a good book in my opinion
The book didn't give me a headache.Instead it gave me food for thought.I appreciated the alert style and sentence type remarks highlighting the significant moments. This is a big plus because the book does not fall into the trap of being just a case study in disguise, as it touches some fundamental issues of our human nature. The writing style is truthful and triggers emotions and that is what literature is all about in my opinion.I was disappointed when I finished it as I wanted to find out what was going to happen to Garry. Looking forward to the sequel.
The topic is interesting and the author carried it out reasonably well, but the book was much too long and repetitive as a result. The length would have worked had the perspective of other characters been brought to life, but it was all one-sided and rather tedious. It was interesting "getting into the mind" of a psychopath and watching him evolve, but so many of his characteristics were very stereotypical and I ultimately just got bored.
